Always looking for ways to challenge herself and advance in her career, Courtney has been able to take her creative skills to the next level by designing large, commercial signage. Gaining experience in a hands-on workplace with an in-house fabrication team has allowed her to develop invaluable skills, including how to effectively use building materials and illumination techniques as tools to enhance a design. Pushing the boundaries on what's possible, thinking three-dimensionally and finding passion in the signage industry has led to Courtney becoming the Design Lead to a 3 person team within her first year. Teaching, supervising and guiding her fellow designers has given her more confidence, not only in her abilities, but in an industry she has quickly grown to love.
